The head of the gaming control board’s enforcement division is planning on retiring. Jerry Markling is was the head of the unit that investigates criminal activity and regulation violations throughout the Las Vegas Nevada area. He announced his retirement last week, and has been employed by the board for more than 20 years. He has worked for his current division of the board for the last eight years. Caesars Entertainment has announced that they will be restructuring their business, in order to make room for additional equity. The matter went before the Nevada Gaming Control Board, which was approved and allow them to juggle their corporate structure in order to permit it to raise up to $1.5 billion in equity, in order to pursue future construction and developments on their properties. A Las Vegas man was caught rigging slot machines in his own favor. It appears that there may be worse charges in store for him, as he may be added to Nevada’s Black book, which bars him from entering any casinos that are located within the state. Because of his nefarious information and activities, the belief is that he has shown a clear intention to break gambling machines in his favor. The thief, Larry Keith Green will not be allowed in any gambling business moving forward.
